Services

Laurel Web Co. provides web design, development, and consulting services for mission-driven organizations. All services are subject to a signed agreement and scope of work.

Templates

Digital templates are delivered via Gumroad. All sales are final. Templates are licensed for single-organization use unless a multi-use license is purchased.

Intellectual Property

All custom work created for clients transfers ownership upon full payment. Templates remain the intellectual property of Becoming and Bloom LLC with a perpetual license granted upon purchase.

Refunds

Custom projects: refunds available before design phase begins. Templates: no refunds due to digital delivery nature. Care plans: cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

Laurel Web Co. and Becoming and Bloom LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of GA. Any disputes shall be handled in Woodstock, GA.
